Adoption and Volunteer forms

MLRR currently serves the city of Chicago and it's suburbs. (Illinois only, we do not adopt out of state). Please note that we do not accept applications from people that live outside of the region that we serve.

Midwest Labrador Retriever Rescue, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or deny any application.
